An experienced Program Manager is required to lead multiple interrelated projects from initiation through execution and closure in the area of the regulated Utility Business. This role will be pivotal in guiding the application team's transition from a traditional waterfall methodology to Agile practices. The successful candidate will champion Agile principles, mentor the team, and drive the cultural shift required for successful Agile adoption. They will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality. This position will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other functions to align priorities and remove impediments to project success.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus. 

• Scrum Master certification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management 

• Proven experience successfully leading and managing parallel complex IT projects 

• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential 

• Experience in upgrading/migrating Content Management Systems (Drupal platform preferred)
