1. Project PO Creation
a. PMO work order updating
b. Buy back process
c. JV PO engine purchase
2. PO Procurement / Maintenance
a. PO creation for facility Maintenance*
b. Existing PO amendment
c. SSS PO creation
3. Customer Reporting
a. Customer reporting on repair status
4. PMO Support
a. Troubleshooting
i. Issues with timing
ii. Disassembly
iii. Level II repairs with Fieldcore
b. New work order creation / support
5. Smart Sheets Maintenance
a. Maintain various reports and trackers
Facilities Internal Buyer
• Expectation form the JPort facility to be on call 24/7
• In charge of cutting POs for daily Management (Security/Maintenance)
• Emergency orders
• Receiving and ensuring POs are paid out on time.
• PO amendment/revising.
• Vendor/Supplier review to ensure best option is always used.
• KPIs on vendors to report to Executives both in Aero and GE.
• PO financial reporting on a weekly basis to help Finance Department better control spending and budget for future long term contracts with Suppliers.
• Review current list of suppliers and maintain an active list throughout the year

• Drive process improvements through measurement metrics
