Systems Integration and Development

The City of Tampa needs a Staff Augmentation Systems Integration and Development Position within our Enterprise Platform Services Team

 

Requirements for this position include:

• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.

• The Successful Respondent(s) will hold current certifications in requested programing languages (Java, C+, HTML, CSS, SQL, Microsoft).

• Engage with City of Tampa stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications that guide the development process.

• Adopt agile development practices to ensure iterative, flexible, and efficient development cycles.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make real-time adjustments to software features and functionality.

• Utilize a comprehensive skill set to develop software solutions across the entire technology stack, encompassing frontend, backend, and database components.

• Employ a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools to create robust and scalable applications.

• Develop and integrate application programming interfaces (APIs) and middleware to enable interoperability and data exchange between disparate systems.

• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that software solutions meet high standards of functionality, performance, and security.

• Implement automated testing procedures to identify and rectify issues early in the development process.

• Facilitate real-time communication and data sharing to enhance operational efficiency and information flow.

• Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions to fulfill City of Tampa's requirements.

 

Preferred Skill Set:

  • SCCM administration/management
  • Experience with Group Policy
  • Experience with MS265 administration/management
