Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior sales experience, and a willingness to travel for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (with travel as needed).

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential deals.

  • Track and report on sales metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience.

  • Comfortable with business travel (up to 30% as required).

  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
