This fully onsite role requires travel between sites in Oshawa, Hamilton, and Bradford/East Gwillimbury. Description

Metrolinx is looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across all Metrolinx locations. The successful candidate will bring

  • 3+ years experience configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops and desktops, as well as iOS devices
  • 3+ years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
  • 3+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices, as well as iOS devices
  • 3+ years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices

 

In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.

Location: fully onsite 5 days per week – will be executing work in different locations as far east as Oshawa and as far west as Hamilton, as far north as Bradford/East Gwillimbury
