One year contract for M365 administrator

***The candidate can work onsite, remote, or hybrid. The manager is flexible.

Candidate will come into an organization that is working to migrate from one M365 tenant to another.  Anticipated go-live is mid-April and this individual would be expected to have M365 admin experience so that they can assist us with getting the environment set up properly and move to operations after the cutover.  Significant support for end users will be needed up to and after the cutover with it eventually tapering off to standard operations.  We have approximately 200 users, and this would be the 6th full time employee to be hired in IT to support that staff.  

This individual would be expected to work well independently and in a team troubleshooting environment. 

Some assistance with manual portions of the migration may be required, which would include export/import of PowerPlatform assets and reconnection to data sources.

Any certifications in M365, Azure, Entra, Compliance, and/or Security are preferred.
