Job Title: Store and Warehouse Specialist  
Location: Middletown, VA

Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

• Fixed Asset Management to include receiving, tagging, and adding of fixed assets in the College’s fixed asset inventory system.
• Warehouse and mail operations to include storing materials received, managing and directing the receiving and distribution of incoming freight and shipments to include primary inspection against packing list, executes and ensures dispatches of mail parcels to USPS are scheduled.
• Surplus property management to include verifying items qualify for surplus, identifies method for disposal and prepares documentation for transfer, auction, or disposal.  
• Fleet management to include managing state vehicle reservation requests, scheduling use, and ensures vehicle remain in good condition by scheduling preventative maintenance.
