Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Duck Creek Policy Administration System (DMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance processes and Duck Creek technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and customization.
Responsibilities
●    Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for Duck Creek DMS implementations and enhancements
●    Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Duck Creek platform
●    Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs)
●    Collaborate with developers, configurators, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
●    Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Duck Creek DMS capabilities
●    Participate in system configuration and testing phases
●    Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
●    Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and resolve conflicts
●    Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
●    Stay updated on Duck Creek product updates and industry trends
Qualifications
●    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
●    5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
●    3+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration System
●    Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and processes
●    Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation
●    Experience with Agile methodologies
