Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-organization to ideate and prioritize use cases, business problems, and user stories that can enhance customers experience and increase clinet
- Leads data science projects independently while collaborating with team members and multi-organizational stakeholders.
- Develops statistical, econometric, AI/ML, and numerical optimization models for personalization, customer engagement, marketing science, retail analytics, business analytics, and supply-chain analytics using big data in cloud environment to improve customer satisfaction and promote growth.
- Leverages state-of-the-art data science tools, methodologies, and algorithms to drive improved decisions
- Collaborates in the development and implementation of predictive models, segmentation strategies, optimization algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining analyses with a targeted result of increasing revenue.
- Establishes well-thought-out plans and manages execution of plans, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks
- Investigate the causal relationship between actions taken by the customer and measured CLV outcomes.
- Develops reports on causal findings that can be shared to both technical and business focused audiences.
- Makes Recommendations on strategic actions to take based on findings with segmented cohorts of customers with forecast on anticipated impact should recommendations be followed.
- Utilizes NLP to identify causes for customer’s phone calls to contact center
- Identifies common patterns of calls and proposes solutions
- Utilize Generative AI to identify solutions to why a customer called
- Identify emerging issues leading to customer’s phone calls.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quantitative field (e.g. math, statistics, computer science, engineering etc.)
- 4+ years industry experience in a data science role
- Expert in programming in Python and SQL
- Experience deploying models in a cloud production environment
- Experience in using Keras, Tensorflow, and scikit-learn
- Experience developing Machine Learning models on call transcript data
- Knowledge of Large Language Models
