Job Role- Payroll Analyst

Job Location- Somerset, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll processing. The role involves analyzing payroll data, ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

·Process and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.

·Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

·Prepare payroll reports and support audits.

·Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality.

·Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

·Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP’s Time and Attendance and ADP reporting modules required

·5+ years of payroll processing experience.

·Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor regulations.

·Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
