Job Skills :

Proven experience as a collection specialist or similar role, knowledge of collection techniques, working knowledge of MS offices, comfortable working with target dates, mointoring accounts to identify overdue payments, keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity, high customer service skill. Previous business to business collections experience preferred.

While the position is 100% remote the team prefers to have candidates located in MN.  Could potentially convert to permanent role. Prefer 5 years of experience but also open to entry level candidates.  No college degree required.
