Project Description:

Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Work Location:

Services will be performed via remote access.  Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.  

Full/Part Time:

One Full Time Individual Resource

PHI & PHIA:

As part of the Services under this RFR, the Pre-Qualified Proponent and/or Resource:

  • will  OR  will not have custody or control of Personal Health Information;
  • will  OR  will not perform the services of an Information Manager as defined in The Personal Health Information Act (Manitoba).

1. 10 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.  Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

2. 10 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

3. 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in clinical environments. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
