Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Duckcreek Policy Administration System (DMS) implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance technology, specifically with Duckcreek DMS, and excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities
●    Lead end-to-end project management for Duckcreek DMS implementations and upgrades
●    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
●    Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external vendors
●    Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
●    Facilitate communication between stakeholders at all levels of the organization
●    Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
●    Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
Qualifications
●    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
●    5+ years of project management experience in the insurance industry
●    3+ years of experience with Duckcreek Policy Administration System
●    Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes
●    PMP certification preferred
●    Excellent communication and leadership skills
●    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
