Provides business operations support, computer inventory management, and logistical support by email/phone, or onsite. Performs tracking, request approvals, data analysis and report reconciliation. 90% Administrative role. Microsoft Office proficiency.
The position is under direct supervision. Must be local to Metro Atlanta. Position is both onsite and remote. User support by email/phone. *10% Technical role. Driving is required for this position. Some in-state/local travel if needed.
Job Responsibilities
1.Inform submitters of proper requests required for desired services
2.Work closely with NTT Service Technicians and Business Application & Technology staff
3.Help facilitate Division office supply orders using state purchasing processes and procedures
4.Pursue offboarded user hardware and wireless equipment returns
6.Help track large scale technology product deliveries for Special Projects
7.Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure overall success of Unit operations
8.Identify hardware trends and report inventory discrepancies
9.Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams
10.Provide status updates to Unit Manager
11. Assist with fulfilling hardware, peripheral, and special technology requests ensuring prompt deployments
12. Cross reference equipment orders and field requests ensuring shipments are accurate
13. Update inventory systems
14. Review criteria and approve specialized end user computing requests
