Project Description:

Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

 

Preferred Experience: Please ensure that the candidate has 2 to 3 years of prior experience

working on government projects or within a government environment

  1. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

  2. Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Experience should include the assessment of training needs, development of training materials, and delivery of training one-on-one or in a classroom setting.   1. 2 years’ experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long term care environment. Experience should include designing clinical workflows and analysis to integrate the software with other clinical systems.
