The client is seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in data architecture, cloud data platforms, and data governance to support a strategic IT initiative. The role requires at least 5+ years of experience in building and managing cloud-based data repositories, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing data architectures and pipelines, developing data models, ensuring data governance, and producing documentation and architectural diagrams. Candidates should have advanced knowledge in ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Lakehouses, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage.

The consultant must deliver regular status updates and documentation, adhere to reporting standards, and occasionally (10% of the time) be available for on-site presence. Familiarity with government systems and tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Microsoft ADO is preferred.

This position involves close coordination with the Project Manager and may require client-approved resource replacements. Weekly and monthly deliverables are essential to performance and payment.
