Summary:

The Management Analyst I will perform quality checks and input data from admission and discharge Consumer Reporting Forms (CRFs) submitted by DSAMH providers into the DAMART system. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data management, supporting reporting compliance, and providing technical support to users.
 

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Data Input: Enter accurate and complete CRF data into the DAMART database.

Maintain up-to-date records in DAMART, supporting DSAMH’s ability to track client outcomes and comply with state and federal reporting requirements.

Data Quality Review: Review admission and discharge CRFs for completeness and accuracy.

Ensure that all forms meet established quality standards before being entered into the DAMART system, reducing data errors.

 

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate's in Public Administration, Data Management, Health Information, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with data management systems or similar client record databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Report progress, data quality issues, and system performance to supervisor. This includes providing updates on CRF submission rates, identifying recurring data problems, and assisting in the development of solutions to enhance data collection and reporting processes.

Collaborate with RE team to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
