Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to lead modernization and ongoing service management of core security platforms supporting the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC), with a focus on ServiceNow for incident management, client engagement, and reporting. You’ll oversee enhancements across ServiceNow, SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management tools, embedding “secure by design” principles into workflows, dashboards, and integrations. Partnering with architects, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders, you will manage end-to-end delivery, risk, and executive reporting. This role is ideal for leaders experienced in cybersecurity platform delivery, ITSM integration, and driving measurable improvements in detection, response, and operational resilience.
Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead the modernization together with ongoing service management and development of core security platforms that underpin the CSOC, with a primary focus on ServiceNow for cyber security incident management, client interaction, customer service management, and reporting. You will partner with security architects, engineers, and internal/external stakeholders to define platform enhancements that advance threat use case enablement, risk and vulnerability management, security operations, and overall CSOC detection & response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery for ServiceNow enhancements and other CSOC platforms (e.g. SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management tools).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, risk registers, and communication schedules.
Gather and refine requirements for incident management workflows, intake processes, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow CSOC applications.
Coordinate with OPS teams, external vendors, and third-party integrators to ensure smooth deployment, user acceptance, and day-2 supportability.
Embed cybersecurity best practices and “secure by design” principles into platform configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Represent and facilitate project oversight meetings, steering committee meetings and stakeholder forums; provide executive-level status reporting, metrics, and recommendations.
Proactively identify and mitigate project and security risks, escalating issues with clear mitigation strategies and impact assessments.
Champion continuous improvement: solicit user feedback, track performance KPIs, and drive iterative platform enhancements aligned to future CSOC outcomes.

Knowledge of vulnerability-management tools and processes (e.g. Defender, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)
Knowledge of cyber risk intelligence platforms
Prior experience in government or large regulated organizations
Certifications: PMP, Prince2, ITIL v4 Foundation, Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
