We are seeking a Test Manager to take ownership of testing within the program, managing teams, planning, tracking, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with Business Analysts and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business needs. The Test Manager will also mentor testers, assess risks, manage defects, and optimize testing strategies.

 

Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management.
    • Test planning, estimation, and reporting.
    • Risk assessment and defect management.
    • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

 

Certifications:

    • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (ISTQB CTAL-TM)
    • Certified Software Test Manager (CSTM)
    • Agile Testing Certification (ICP-TST) (Optional)
