Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles, with a focus on customer retention and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles, specializing in customer retention and related positions.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through resumes, applications, and initial phone interviews.

  • Post and optimize job descriptions on social media, career websites, and job portals.

  • Attend and host job fairs to engage with potential candidates.

Recruitment Strategy & Metrics:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire).

  • Promote the company’s employer brand by highlighting workplace culture and benefits.

Compliance & Collaboration:

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand non-technical role requirements.

  • Resolve recruitment challenges and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in non-technical recruitment (customer service, retention, or related fields).

  • Strong knowledge of non-IT job functions and hiring best practices.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred).
