We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles, with a focus on customer retention and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles, specializing in customer retention and related positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through resumes, applications, and initial phone interviews.
Post and optimize job descriptions on social media, career websites, and job portals.
Attend and host job fairs to engage with potential candidates.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire).
Promote the company’s employer brand by highlighting workplace culture and benefits.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand non-technical role requirements.
Resolve recruitment challenges and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
Proven experience in non-technical recruitment (customer service, retention, or related fields).
Strong knowledge of non-IT job functions and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred).
