Skill and Experience

1. 10 years’ experience in a project management role developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects that total at least 10 years. 10 Points.

2. 5 years’ experience as a project manager with direct experience in infrastructure upgrades, system management that includes decommissioning scope.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project that total at least 5 years with a focus on legacy replacement projects.10 Points.

3. 1 year of experience planning and organizing information security services with a focus on internationally recognized security methodologies such as NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework.   The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project that totals 1 year.  Examples to include experience with NIST, CIS (Centre for internet Security) and/or PCI, (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council).10 Points.

4. 3 years’ experience planning and leading a multi-year organizational IT transformation program that consists of several different streams of IT projects.  In addition to program planning and leadership, experience should include management of multiple vendors. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project that total at least 3 years.10 Points.
