Join our team as a VMware Lead to design and manage enterprise-scale virtual infrastructure solutions. You'll lead VMware and VDI architecture efforts, guide complex migrations and upgrades, and ensure robust High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies. With over 12 years of experience in VMware ecosystems—including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Horizon—you’ll optimize performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate holds a VCP-DCV certification, understands hybrid integrations with Citrix, Nutanix, and Hyper-V, and collaborates closely with InfoSec and networking teams. This is a strategic, hands-on role for experts in virtualization, infrastructure design, and end-to-end systems integration.

 

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
• Master of Science in Computer Science 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Design and architect scalable VMware and VDI infrastructure solutions.

 

• Lead VMWare infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and consolidations.

 

• Define and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for virtual environments.

 

• Work with network and security teams to ensure end-to-end integration and compliance.
• 12+ years of experience in design and implementation of VMware and VDI infrastructure
• Specializing in DRS, vMotion, fault tolerance, HA clusters, and storage optimization
• Knowledgeable in Citrix, Nutanix, and Hyper-V integration for hybrid environments
• Strong collaborator with InfoSec, networking, and compliance teams

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep experience with VMWare vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Horizon VDI.

 

• Expertise in performance tuning, clustering, DRS, HA, and resource pool management.

 

• VMWare Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) ●       Knowledge of Nutanix, Hyper-V, or Citrix environments

 

Licenses & Certifications:
