Prefer the individuals to have LTC knowledge and experience. The individual's must be on time, willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility and requirements of the State of West Virginia. The approximate start date will be 06-16-25, promptly at 8:00 a.m. State dress code applies as well as all West Virginia, DHHR/DHF/OSA policies and procedures. The candidate must have an active status with current Licensure with no actions against the license, have CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.
