Experience:

 6+ years of experience in BI testing, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing in healthcare analytics environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test scripts.

• Track and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support to business testers.

• Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects and ensure data accuracy.

• Support the creation of end-user documentation and training materials.

• Ensure that all testing aligns with healthcare compliance and reporting standards.

Certifications:

• ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL)

• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
