Role Description:
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 
 Program manage a set of strategic transformation projects.
 Support change management activities
 Prepare status reports for leadership audience.
 Collaborate with customer to manage program timeline and workshops
 Track project performance, changes and issues.
 Manage the program risks, issues, decisions & assumptions.
 Establish program communication plan and cadence.
 Co-ordinate with multiple functional and business teams and align them to program
objectives.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years
of experience on each)
 Strong program management experience managing a group of projects.
 Domain experience in manufacturing industry.
 Strong experience with managing large transformation implementations/rollouts and
assessments.
 Experience with Oracle transportation management programs.
 Experience with creating strategy and roadmap.
 Very good analytical and communication skills
 Experience with complex eco system
 Review deliverables and present the deliverables to various stakeholders.
Basic Qualification
 10+ years of experience in program and project management
 3+ years of organization change management experience
 3+ years leading large transformation programs.
 3+ years of manufacturing industry domain experience.
 
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
 Managing ERP (Oracle EBS) projects.
 Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
 Managing stakeholders and project teams.
 Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills,
with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-
technical audiences.
