Experience:

 Minimum 8 years of experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboard development, DAX calculations, and deployment pipelines. Proven expertise in developing clinical and financial dashboards for Medicaid and population health programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Create efficient and scalable data models using Power Query and DAX.

• Optimize dashboard performance and manage deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful analytics solutions.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases and cloud platforms.

• Ensure compliance with data security and access controls in healthcare data environments.
