Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Source, identify, and attract highly skilled technical candidates for federal government contracts.
    • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche recruiting sites specific to government and technical roles.
    • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, security clearances, and cultural fit.
  • Government Compliance & Regulations:

    • Ensure candidates meet the specific qualifications, including security clearance requirements and compliance with federal hiring regulations.
    • Understand and stay updated on federal hiring processes and regulations (e.g., GSA, FAR, and other government contract requirements).
    • Prepare and facilitate all necessary documentation for government and client review.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide regular updates throughout the interview and placement process.
  • Reporting & Metrics:

    • Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure recruitment goals are being met.
    • Provide regular updates to Leads regarding candidate pipelines, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting experience, with at least 6 Months working on federal government contracts.
    • Familiarity with federal government hiring processes and requirements, including security clearances and government contract regulations.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more.
    • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and their requirements in the context of government contracts.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
    • Familiarity with federal contracts and compliance requirements.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
