Business Analyst/Project Manager (Senior)

Summary:

Join our team to provide functional support for the 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform, focusing on Time & Labor (T&L) and Payroll for North America. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong PeopleSoft functional expertise in HR, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, and Position Management. A blend of functional and technical knowledge is required to troubleshoot payroll and post-payroll processes. Preferred qualifications include experience with HCM-to-FSCM integrations, Position Management, and Department Budgeting. This candidate must have PeopleSoft HCM Functional knowledge as a key experience, with focus on TL , Payroll for North America.

About the Position

This position is responsible for the functional support of the 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application.
  • Providing functional expertise and contributing to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.

Requirements

  • PeopleSoft functional knowledge of:
    • HR, TL , Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Position Management/Budgeting
    • Ability to write functional specifications
    • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and development teams

End-to-end functional knowledge of Time and Labor, Payroll for NA is a must

                 Must have a good blend of Functional and Technical knowledge with the process flow of Time and Labor, Payroll and Post Payroll processing, identify underlying records and pull data on ad-hoc basis if required.

                 Must have knowledge supporting Production business processes , from a TL and Payroll end with emphasis on T&L rules, Timeadmin process, Troubleshooting exceptions etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on Post Payroll Processing ( Commitment Accounting and General Ledger Processing initiating from HCM and interfacing into the FSCM system

Experience with configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker service operations to support payroll-to-GL interface.

  • Good  understanding of Position Management and Department Budget business processes from a system perspective.
