Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with approximately 10 years of experience in Java, Microservices, Agile methodologies, project management, tracking, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Microservices.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Experience in customer engagement and relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is a plus.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
