Salesforce CRM Analyst
We are inviting applications for the role of Salesforce CRM Analyst
You’re responsible to ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required
Improve the configuration of a customized Salesforce.com database that streamlines and automates operations and optimizes efficiency.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible to
  • Work with clients, users, and Empower Efficiency team to ensure precise data collection, data transfers, data security, analysis and day-to-day program operational performance
  • You should aggressively address data management and quality issues, update and integrate data collection and reporting systems with the project websites, and train and on-board new users in data entry and data security protocols.
  • You should train and on-board Salesforce.com users in reporting requirements, data entry, and data security procedures, and develop and update related materials and resources.
  • Develop and improve customized reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity and program performance, as well as provide transparent and continuous feedback to stakeholders and program implementers
  • Proactively identify and coordinate with appropriate parties to resolve emerging data integrity issues
  • Oversee, monitor, and support the information security policy and protocols implementation, act as the point-person for data security questions and concerns, and periodically monitor data security to ensure compliance
  • Administrate salesforce & develop for Salesforce Lightening instance
  • You should ensure adherence to the KPI’s and business SLA’s is mandatory
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Post Graduate in any discipline with meaningful domain experience in Management (Marketing/Finance) / Engineering / Economics / Operations Research / Econometrics
• You should have experience in CRM tools and database management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce Administration experience & development experience for Salesforce Lightening instance.
  • ADM 201 Certified
  • Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com & SFDC Cases Object
  • CRM Fusion
  • Apex Data Loader
  • Workbench
  • • Knowledge of Advance Excel
