Top Skills & Years of Experience: • 5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation (mockups, business process models, workflow diagrams, etc.) • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology/SCRUM processes and ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning and Reviews, etc. • 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users (GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, assessing business needs, etc.) • 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc. • Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) • Strong written and verbal communication skills Full Job Description Attached Will close submissions on: 5/1 at 10am EST. Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. Duration: Through FY End with extension. On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance of 1.5 hours max) will be considered. Hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept role.
