Responsibilities:
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Knowledge of Objection and Appeals Tracking System (OATS) Application - 35%
In depth knowledge of Lotus Notes data structures to enable data extraction for consumption in an SQL database structure.

Technical Skills - 35%
Demonstrated experience with Lotus Notes R6.5.1, JavaScript and client server/PC application environments
Strong knowledge and experience with Lotus Notes architecture and Domino administration
Quest Migrator for Notes to SharePoint experience

Knowledge of PC/LAN/WAN and Communication - 25%
Resource must be able to communicate efficiently with ITS, Ministry Clients, etc.
