Document information in the EMR to include history of present illness, review of symptoms, physical exam findings, diagnostic assessment, and plan of care as dictated by provider.

Candidate must have previously medical scribe experience in a fast paced environment.

Scribes accompany healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and consultations, assisting with tasks such as taking notes, recording vital signs, and preparing equipment and supplies.

Scribes enter patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. They may also organize and maintain medical records, including updating patient demographics and documenting changes in treatment plans.
