Job Overview

In this position, you are expected to work with Technology leadership and relevant team
members to organize, coordinate, facilitate and drive collaboration around various executive
engagements, team events, department related functional projects, and administrative
activities. Example of these events/engagements/activities can include but not limited to
executive meetings, external partner visits, periodic team events related venue and travel
management, department organizational chart, seat plans, key meeting agenda development,
deliverable timeliness, key meeting notes taking and follow ups.

Responsibilities and Duties
 Collaborate with executive leadership including C-suites and VPs, and other relevant
technical stakeholders.
 Ability to understand technical terminologies, work with technology leaders, and bridge
technology conversation with business acumen.
 Facilitate, coordinate and anchor meetings, team building activities and organize events.
 Act as liaison between executive leadership and intended audience for meetings,
agenda, deliverables, and follow-ups.
 Manage department related functional documentation such as organization chart, seat
maps, and similar visual representations.
 When needed, assist with project managers, leadership, business and technology teams
for project planning, monitoring, execution, and reporting.
 Coordinate completion through reminders or follow-ups for timely adherence on project
status reports and executive summaries.
 Directly work with Technology executives on scheduling, external events, visits,
meetings and assist with other assigned objectives as required.
 Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications
 College education required. Completed bachelor’s or equivalent combination of
education and experience is preferred.
 Must have between 1-3 years of technology related working experience.
 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Teams, and other similar enterprise applications.
 Must have intermediate knowledge of computers, internet, and latest technologies for
collaboration and meeting/event facilitation.
 Prior experience as project coordinator or executive admin with Digital product or
Technology enabled companies will be highly preferred.
 Must have acceptable verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
 Must demonstrate flexibility and good organizational skills with the ability to complete a
variety of tasks accurately with attention to detail and creativity.
 Display good written, verbal communication and presentation skills; communicates
effectively with all levels of leadership and staff.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality.
