Job Tenure: 3+ Months Contract

Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Shift/Schedule: 5X8, Mon- Fri ; some weekend or evening work during the execution stage ; hybrid (1- 2 days onsite depending on training )
Interviews: Virtual
Dress Code: Business casual , no jeans
Job Requirements:
1. Years of experience: Minimum three years of change management consulting background
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, OD, or Business Administration
(Masters preferred)
3. Change management certification (preferred)
4. M&A (Merger and Acquisition) background (preferred)
Job Duties:
• Solid understanding of how people go through a change/ transition and the change process.
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and root-cause identification expertise. Brings a consultant mindset to each project.
• Proven and effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement with all levels of the organization from front-line team members to leaders/executives.
• Data-driven decision maker with experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
